Delivery- Bender’s will deliver to a limited area in Stark county please inquire. Charges vary according to location. Setup- we take our catering seriously. We won’t leave until your order is properly displayed. All setup fees are included in your delivery charge. Payment- payment is due in full upon delivery. We accept many forms of payment for your convenience including all major credit cards, corporate checks, and cash. Cancellations- Bender’s delivers the freshest foods possible. We order our breads and ingredients for delivery the day they will be used. All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event to avoid a cancellation fee up to $100. Equipment- disposable paper goods and flatware are included with all orders. If special requested items are provided for a catering order, the customer is responsible for them until they are picked up by Bender’s (pickup fee applies). Minimum orders- the minimum order for Bender’s To-Go is 5-10 depending on items. Rush orders- we take pride in our ability to process same-day rush orders fresh and on time. A 15% premium may be added to orders placed within two hours notice.
